Quick Start Guide
Welcome! This guide will walk you through connecting your MikroTik router to our network in just a few minutes.
Step 1: Log in to your router
Open WinBox and log in to your router locally.
Step 2: Open New Terminal
From the left-hand menu in WinBox, click on "New Terminal".
Step 3: Paste and Run the Command
Copy the command from your "Router Configuration" page and paste it into the terminal. Press Enter.
Step 4: Access Remotely
Open a new WinBox window and use your unique remote access address (e.g., `server.mikrotap.com:30001`) with your local router's credentials to connect.
Managing Your Funds
All purchases and renewals on our platform are processed through your Deposit Wallet. To add funds, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the "Deposit" page from the side menu.
- Select your preferred payment gateway from the list.
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit and complete the payment.
Once the payment is successful, the amount will be credited to your Deposit Wallet almost instantly.
Renewing Your Service
If your router service has expired or is about to expire, you can easily renew it manually.
- Go to your "Router List" page.
- Find the router and click the "Renew" or "Extend" button.
- Confirm the payment from your wallet on the next page.
Important: When you renew a suspended service, your new service period starts from the day you pay, ensuring you get the full duration!
Auto Renewal
To ensure uninterrupted service, you can enable Auto Renewal for any of your routers. Here’s how it works:
- Enabling/Disabling: On your "Router List", use the toggle switch to turn Auto Renewal on or off.
- Process: When a router expires, our system will automatically attempt to renew it if Auto Renewal is on.
- Balance: The system will deduct the package price from your Deposit Wallet. If your balance is insufficient, the renewal will fail, and your service will be suspended.
Editing Your Router
You can change your router's friendly name, location, and even its private service ports.
Changing Name and Location
Simply go to the "Router List", click the "Edit" button for the router you want to change, update the name or location, and click "Update Router".
Changing Your Router's Service Ports
This is an advanced feature. Change these ports only if you have already changed the corresponding service ports on your own MikroTik router.
- For example, if you change your router's Winbox port from `8291` to `9999`.
- Go to the "Edit Router" page on our platform.
- Update the "Your Router's Winbox Port" field from `8291` to `9999`.
- Click "Update Router".
Our system will automatically update the NAT rule. Your public access address (e.g., `server.mikrotap.com:30001`) will remain the same, but it will now correctly forward traffic to your router's new port (`9999`).
Troubleshooting
- Not connecting? Ensure your router has a stable internet connection and that its firewall is not blocking outgoing traffic on TCP port 443.
- Authentication failed? Double-check that you copied the username and password correctly.
- Still having issues? Please open a support ticket, and our team will be happy to assist you.
